Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your new mattress. Because it takes time for your body to adjust to a new sleeping surface, we provide a 100-night risk-free sleep trial on all of our mattresses.

1. The 100-Night Sleep Trial

You have 100 nights from the day of delivery to sleep on your mattress and decide if it is right for you. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new support alignment.

2. How to Initiate a Return

If you decide the mattress is not a fit, simply email us at returns@madrats.store within your 100-night trial window. We will coordinate a convenient pickup time.

• Pickup and return shipping are 100% free anywhere in Estonia.
• You do not need to package the mattress back into its original box. We will collect it as-is.

3. Refund Policy

Once the mattress is collected by our courier team, we will process your full refund. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. No pickup fees, restocking fees, or shipping costs will be deducted.

4. Condition of the Mattress

To qualify for a full refund, the mattress must be free of major structural damage, burns, tears, or deep stains. Normal usage wear is fully accepted. We donate returned mattresses to local Estonian charities and social organizations where possible.
